Join us for a FREE, 8-week yoga course for mothers and female caregivers.
Take some time for yourself to nourish your body and mind. The benefits of yoga include:
- Relaxes the nervous system and brings balance to the endocrine system (hormonal balance)
- Restores stability of the pelvic floor
- Builds strength and tone in the abdomen and lower back.
- Breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system and relieve stress.
No creche available. Non-mobile babies welcome.
