This FREE workshop is beneficial for parents/caregivers whose children have experienced bullying or those interested in a strength-based and solution-focused approach they can implement at home, to build confidence and well-being.

  • Discover how co-regulation can play a crucial role in supporting individuals who have been bullied.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of what bullying is, why we are seeing a rise in anti-social behaviour, the role of co-regulation to support the individual, and a road map to help develop emotional well-being and foster a sense of safety and empowerment.

Vanessa Kay is a Self-Regulation Consultant with a diverse background that includes teaching, behaviour intervention, counselling, and founding InnerWise Education, her private practice in Mt Claremont. Vanessa brings a unique blend of personal insight, professional expertise, and a genuine passion to share this valuable knowledge.
