
TRE® Workshop for Wellbeing & Stress Management – PM (Kununurra)

Join us for a special workshop as visiting Occupational Therapist, Kate Keisler teaches practical strategies to address parental stress, nervous system regulation and recognising early signs of overwhelm. Kate will then lead a guided TRE session, with gentle body-based exercises to discharge deep muscle tension, reduce emotional reactivity and restore calm.
TRE® (tension and trauma releasing exercises) safely activates the body’s natural reflex of shaking or vibrating, which helps calm the nervous system and release muscular tension.
