A FREE information session for mums with bubs aged 0 – 12 weeks to learn about breastfeeding in the ‘fourth trimester’.
Learn about:
- Ways to achieve good attachment and optimal positioning
- Things to know when facing common challenges such as low milk supply, use of galactagogues, top-ups, expressing, engorgement and mastitis
- Facts, figures and some of the science of breastfeeding
- How to tell when breastfeeding is going well for both you and your baby… and the steps to take if it is not.
This session runs regularly on the following dates:

Wednesday 6 December 2023: 12.30 – 2.30pm
Wednesday 6 March 2024: 12.30 – 2.30pm
