Stitch-it-Out is a relaxed and creative workshop for parents and carers to take a little time for themselves while exploring the ups and downs of parenting.
Using simple, free-form embroidery, you’ll have space to slow down, untangle your thoughts, and find a little clarity, one stitch at a time.
Along the way, we’ll use the creative process to explore practical ways to problem-solve, adapt, manage frustration, and respond calmly when parenting doesn’t go to plan.
No embroidery experience needed. just come as you are, pick up a needle and thread, and stitch it out.
Free 3-week Program. Runs consecutively 12, 19 and 26 October | 9am – 12pm
