This 6-week program explores how a neurodiversity-affirming lens can foster connection, reduce stress, and build confidence in everyday parenting.

- Sensory processing and how it shapes behaviour and wellbeing
- Supporting your child at home, in early learning, and at school
- Practical strategies to support daily routines and reduce stress
- Advocacy, collaboration, and navigating support systems
