Mummy Art Time (Geraldton)
An event every 2 weeks that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until 4 October, 2022
A FREE 6-session therapeutic art program for mums
This six-week program creates a safe environment for mums to review where life is at, to reflect on their worth and importance as women and to practice self-compassion.
Participants will:
• Create an original piece of art (and keep it) to reflect the weekly theme.
• Explore drawing, painting, sculpting and writing.
The Facilitator, Naomi Wilson, is a Senior Social Worker with extensive experience in supporting women and is a mum herself. She uses her artistic skills to guide participants through the program. There is a maximum of 10 participants per group so the mums can get to know each other along the journey.
Booking is essential, as is committing to the series of 6 workshops.
