Free 6-hour workshops covering advanced tools for navigating tough topics and deepening connection with young people.
For parents, caregivers, educators and community members.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

The Better Conversations Framework – Three core neurological needs for connection—and four simple steps to guide meaningful conversations with young people.
Navigating Tough Topics – How our own experiences shape our reactions—and how to stay calm and connected when conversations get tricky.
Robust Empathy – Tools for listening beyond the words to spot what a young person is really trying to say.
Supportive Accountability – How to guide conversations toward real change—without lecturing or losing your cool.
