This program aims to help parents increase their ability to self-manage and regulate their feelings and reactions and gives parents the skills and confidence to discipline gently but firmly.

Learn tools and strategies to:

• Resolve difficult behaviour in children
• Discipline without arguing or yelling
• Handle challenging and testing behaviours
• Choose appropriate strategies – the 3 choices model
• Use emotion coaching to encourage positive behaviour
