A FREE 3-wk Child Development Workshop (3-10 yrs)
This program aims to help parents increase their ability to self-manage and regulate their feelings and reactions and gives parents the skills and confidence to discipline gently but firmly.
Learn tools and strategies to:
- Resolve difficult behaviour in children
- Discipline without arguing or yelling
- Handle challenging and testing behaviours
- Choose appropriate strategies – the 3 choices model
- Use emotion coaching to encourage positive behaviour
