Kaleidoscope Workshop: Understanding and Supporting Young Children with ADHD (Collie)

Tue 21 July @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm AWST

A free parenting workshop for parents and caregivers of young children
Includes a special Q&A with Paediatrician Dr Paul Wallman

Many young children experience differences in attention, activity level, impulse control, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. For some children, these differences align with ADHD, while for others they may reflect a unique neurodevelopmental profile that is still emerging.

This supportive, non-judgemental workshop is designed to help parents better understand ADHD through a neuro-affirming lens, focusing on strengths, differences, and practical strategies that support connection, regulation, and participation—regardless of whether a child has a formal diagnosis.

Delivered by experienced Occupational Therapists, this session focuses on what parents can do now to support their child at home, in early learning settings, and in the community.

A diagnosis is not required to attend.
