A free parenting workshop to learn how to better understand and support your child’s sensory needs
- What is sensory processing and how it may show up for children with neurodivergence
- How to recognise your child’s sensory signals
- Using Sensory Profile insights in practical, everyday ways
- Simple home strategies – calming spaces, sensory breaks, movement ideas, and supportive sound/lighting
- Regulation tools for both sensory seekers and children who are sensitive to touch, sound, movement or visual input
- Choosing and using sensory tools safely
- Keeping sensory supports consistent across home, school and community
