Join Foodbank WA’s university qualified nutritionists for a FREE, hands-on, and fun healthy eating and cooking program. This is a programs runs over 5 sessions, suitable for parents of kids under 5 years.
Enjoy getting to know other parents and take-home free recipe books, ‘Let’s Feed the Family’ book, a reusable shopping bag and kids healthy eating plate. Learn about:
- Healthy eating for children aged 0 – 5 years
- Tips for making mealtimes enjoyable
- Lunchboxes, label reading and food safety
- Feeding the family on a budget
- Quick, easy, delicious, low-cost recipes
