ESafekids Workshop: Cybersafety and Digital Wellness (Albany)

Free eSafeKids workshops for parents & caregivers of children.
Parenting in the digital age can be complex and challenging. Whilst there are many benefits for our children being online, there are also risks. As the trusted adults in our children’s lives we can support them to maximise the benefits and minimise the risks.
Topics covered: Screen time and healthy boundaries | Social media, gaming, media literacy | Explicit content and pornography | Online grooming behaviours | Interpersonal conflict, managing emotions and digital reputation | Parental controls – safer devices and homes.
You will leave these workshops with up-to-date information, conversation starters, practical strategies and resource recommendations.
