For parents of children aged 11-16 years.
This three-part series provides parents are carers witj easy-to-use techniques to support teens to manage their own behaviour, emotions and build better relationships.
You will learn:
• A practical ‘how-to’ guide for parents.
• More about your role as a parent/carer of a teenager.
• How to build your relationship with your teenager.
• How to hold difficult conversations and respond to emotional encounters.
