Dads & Kids Breakfast Club – RUOK Day (Mandurah)

Join us and Adam Przytula, the Community Ambassador for R U OK? Day and the CEO of the Armed for Life Charity to hear about his lived experience with anxiety, depression and
suicidal ideation. Adam will also speak about how to notice when someone is struggling and how to talk to them.
There will be fun organised play for children while the presentation is on.
Meet other dads and enjoy a free coffee and breakfast.
