An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Thursday, repeating until 30 June, 2022
A free, ten-week program providing new Mums with a safe and nurturing space to bond with their babies and connect with other new Mums.
For Mums and their babies (0-6 months)
Mums are invited to:
Participate in some simple mindfulness activities with the focus on connecting to
their babies
Share the joys and challenges in their parenting journey
Be supported by other mums and Ngala staff
Nourish their bodies with a delicious morning tea provided each week
Cost: FREE
