For parents and carers of children 4 months – 6 years
Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is a FREE 8-session series that focuses on supporting and strengthening parent-child relationships and teaches new ways to understand and respond to your child’s needs. It is based on decades of attachment research, and allows parents to learn, understand, and make mistakes without judgement. Circle of Security aims to support parents to:
- Understand their child’s emotional world by learning to read their cues
- Support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
- Enhance the development of their child’s self-esteem
- Honour the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure
