Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is a FREE 8-session series that focuses on supporting and strengthening parent-child relationships and teaches new ways to understand and respond to your child’s needs.

- Support your child’s ability to manage their own emotions.
- Learn the science around attachment, building self-esteem and resilience.
