FREE 8 Week Parenting Program for Parents of Children Aged 0 – 6
Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) focuses on supporting and strengthening parent-child relationships and teaches new ways to understand and respond to your child’s needs. It is based on decades of attachment research, and how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
- Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs
- Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
- Enhance the development of your child’s self-esteem
- Honour your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure
