BUGK is an Australian evidence-based program that uses a suite of unique activities and tools that build week-by-week. The program supports parents to enhance their communication with their baby and encourages the development of children’s positive self-identity.

• Baby’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
• What families need for best possible health and wellbeing outcomes
• Ways to take care of yourself and get support when needed.
