FREE 6 Week Parenting Workshop for Parents of Children Aged 5-12
BUGK is an evidence based program that uses a suite of activities and tools that are unique and offer all parents and carers a fresh way to understand and be with their children. The program aims to support parents to review and enhance their patterns of communication with their children and to promote more respectful interactions and encourage the development of children’s positive self-identity.
Learn about:
- Your own parenting style
- Improve understanding your child’s thoughts and feelings
- Children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- What you need to ensure your child’s best possible health & wellbeing outcomes
- Ways to take care of yourself and get support when needed
