A FREE 6-week Parenting Workshop for Parents of Children Aged 0 – 5
BUGK is an Australian evidence-based program that uses a suite of unique activities and tools that build week-by- week. The program supports parents to enhance their communication with their children and encourages the development of children’s positive self-identity.
You will learn:
- How to improve understanding your child’s thoughts and feelings
- Children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- What families need for best possible health and wellbeing outcomes
- Ways to take care of yourself and get support when needed.
