A FREE 6-week Parenting Workshop for Parents of Children Aged 0 – 8 years old.

BUGK is an Australian evidence-based program that uses a suite of unique activities and tools that build week-by-week. The program supports parents to enhance their communication with their children and encourages the development of children’s positive self-identity.

You will learn:

How to improve understanding your child’s thoughts and feelings
Children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
What families need for best possible health and wellbeing outcomes
Ways to take care of yourself and get support when needed.
