A series of 7 workshops for parents and carers of children up to 12 years old, after family or domestic violence.
YOU WILL LEARN:
- More about your own parenting style.
- More about understanding their thoughts and feelings.
- Children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- What children and families need to ensure your children’s best possible health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Ways to take care of yourself and get support when needed.
