A FREE 4-week baby (0-6 months) massage program
Learn how to massage your baby with a therapeutic and relaxing touch. The benefits of infant massage include:
- Promotes bonding and secure attachment, regulates & improves sleep patterns
- Develops feelings of love, respect, and being valued
- Promotes muscular development and growth
- Lymphatic drainage & exercise, techniques for wind, constipation and colic
Please bring 2 towels or a towel & yoga mat for your baby, and a cushion to sit on.
Participants will receive a parent guidebook and organic massage oil.
Bookings essential. Max 10 parents.
