A FREE support group to assist parents navigating ADHD
A welcoming online parent support group led by ADHD Parent Coach, Susan Hughes.
- Connect online monthly with Susan and other parents to learn strategies for navigating the challenges and joys of raising children with ADHD.
- Discuss topics like managing behaviour, building routines, navigating school challenges, and self-care for parents.
- A safe, non-judgmental space where you can gain practical advice, share your experiences, and find comfort in knowing you are not alone.
The November session will have a tailor topic around school transitioning.
