ADHD support group (online)
An event every month that begins at 7:00 pm on day 12 of the month, repeating until 10 November, 2022
Do you recognise some of these thoughts and feelings?
• Should I be parenting differently?
• I keep trying my best, but it does not get any easier
• Why am I the only parent finding this so hard?
• Everyone thinks I am such a terrible parent.
• Will my child ever be independent?
• Sometimes I just do not know what to do.
Regardless of whether you are new to ADHD or have been managing a child with ADHD for some years, this support group may help you rekindle your passion for parenting.
Facilitated by Susan Hughes, ADHD parent coach who is also a parent of a child with ADHD herself, these online meetings will be a free space to ask questions and receive tips and resources to guide you on your parenting journey.
The group is designed to be a peer-to-peer session, which also enables those experiencing the daily challenges of living with ADHD, to offer support and guidance to each other.
These groups are free, but you need to register to receive the link.
