A FREE online support group which enables those experiencing the daily challenges of living with ADHD, to offer support and guidance to each other.
Do you recognise some of these thoughts and feelings?
- Should I be parenting differently?
- I keep trying my best, but it does not get any easier
- Why am I the only parent finding this so hard?
- Everyone thinks I am such a terrible parent.
- Will my child ever be independent?
- Sometimes I just do not know what to do.
These sessions will be facilitated by Susan Hughes, ADHD Parent Coach and held every second Thursday of the month.
