A FREE online support group facilitated by Susan Hughes, ADHD Parent Coach.

- Everyone thinks I am such a terrible parent.
- Will my child ever be independent?
- Sometimes I just do not know what to do.
The group is designed to be a peer-to-peer session, which also enables those experiencing the daily challenges of living with ADHD, to offer support and guidance to each other. Facilitated by Susan Hughes, ADHD Parent Coach and held on Thursdays: 15 Feb, 14 March, 18 April, 16 May & 13 June 2024
