Free Parent Workshop for Denmark Parents of Children Aged 3 – 18
Promote Positive, Beneficial Behaviour, with Holistic, Natural Practices.
Parents will leave feeling confident in how they can use music, breathing, movement, nature, gratitude, mindfulness, role-modelling & specific feedback phrases every day, to help their children & teens manage their emotions and behaviour – in the moment, as they happen.
