A free three-session parenting program for parents and carers of children aged 3-10 years.
· Learn how to manage your child’s difficult behaviours by using less talk, less emotion, and the importance of sorting behaviours so you can pick your battles.
· Help your child to develop the ability to manage their emotional reactions and develop emotional intelligence.
