Join other expectant dads, to increase your knowledge about babies and how to look after them in the early days. Receive useful tips in making the adjustment to parenthood, supporting your partner and how to give your baby the best start you can.
This session will discuss:
- Dads role before, during and after birth
- How best to support mum
- Being part of a parenting team
- Bonding with your baby, settling tips
- Adjusting to life as a new dad
