Parenting After Trauma (Online)

Tue 16 August @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm AWST

This is a FREE online workshop, open to parents and carers

Parenting is full of struggles and challenges both good and bad. But sometimes life’s events can overwhelm our coping abilities and we might find it hard to get ‘normal life’ back on track. It can affect family relationships and our children’s behaviours. This workshop will cover:

  • Trauma and the effects of trauma in adults and children
  • Parenting after trauma
  • Attachment after trauma
  • Steps that parents can take to repair and heal

Presented by Stephanie Rea of 360 Family Health
