Join Wiring Kids as they present a FREE workshop, Parenthood, Love & Stress. You’ll learn about our biological and psychological responses to stress, how to identify what “pushes our buttons” as parents, about “Reframing” and how we view our child’s challenging behaviours as well as practical strategies to help you and your family handle stressful situations more positively! This is part of a 3 series workshop, presented by Wiring Kids.

When: 10am – 11am, Monday 14 September 2020
