Mums and bubs yoga (Collie)
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until 9 December, 2021
Having a baby can feel overwhelming at times but with the right support you can feel calm, relaxed and confident through parenthood.
Now add the idea of feeling empowered whilst also bonding with your baby. Sounds great right!
That is exactly what you will get if you join our 8 week yoga sessions. Learn these techniques with other mums in similar situations, all while making friends and having some fun.
