A FREE 4-week program for mothers and female carers
Join us for a transformative 4-week Circle Journey designed exclusively for female caregivers. To identify, connect and rediscover your inner strengths and possibilities.
Step into a safe and nurturing space and we will introduce powerful tools and techniques such as breath work, mindfulness, meditation, and energy work. Each circle session lasts two hours, providing ample time for exploration and growth. Our experienced facilitator will guide and support both individuals and the group.
Commitment to attend all 4 sessions is required.
Booking is essential. Free Crèche available.
