Helping your child with Anxiety

Mon 23 November @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am AWST

Midwest/Northampton
Join us for a free session for parents and carers of children aged 4-12 years old. Anxiety is part of our survival instinct and a normal part of childhood. Most children learn to cope with their fears and worries, but in some instances this natural instinct becomes overwhelming and they may need a little help.
Join us for a FREE session where we will discuss:

  • What anxiety is and the different forms
  • How to support a child who may be experiencing anxiety
  • Recognising the signs and symptoms in your child
