An event every week that begins at 8:45 am on Monday, repeating until 13 December, 2021

Circle of Security is an 8 session series that focuses on supporting and strengthening parent-child relationships, and teaches new ways to understand and respond to your children’s behaviour.
The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

You will learn to:

  • Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs.
  • Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions.
  • Enhance the development of your child’s self-esteem.

When: A series of 8 sessions from 8.45am – 10.45am, commencing Monday 25 October to Monday 13 December.
Cost: FREE, with crèche available (booking is essential)
Facilitator: Julie Waller, Connect Psychotherapy and Sally Eves, Centacare Family Services.
